Sizing google docs to embed on a blog

This very cool link will help me to fit boxes into my blog.  The challenge will be to 

make it work for me! 

Another way around this tricky little concept is to use the snipping tool 

1. Search "snipping tool" down the bottom in search function

2. Select the area

3. Save the clip as a png

4. Upload via a picture

5. Resize to fit!!

6.  Yehaa!!!
