Lots to consider with our new journey alongside the Manaiakalani Outreach Programme. We have 2x staff members that have intensive weekly professional development working with Donna Yates in their classrooms. Another staff member is getting a digital intensive fluency. This links with culture and pedagogy. We are working on lifting our own capabilities to enhance learning and achievement. I am really enjoying the small amount of professional development that I am getting through these other staff members, and any interactions I have with the Manaiakalani support network.
Hi Kathryn, it is a lot to take in during the first year. I am pleased that your staff members who are receiving the intensive support are passing it on. I notice you are using the labels for PTC1 etc on your blog posts and wondered if you have considered using the new STP1 etc?
